Voices to speak out in reverence of a cause both great and noble. A cause so beyond the simple masses. Voices that sing glory and praise and inspire the hearts of many. They are the recruiters and the spreaders of information. The Voice is the frail face of the revolution charismatic and full of idealistic perfection. Hands are those that take action. They are the ones that turn the wheel of revolution in order to make change. No revolution was won with but a voice alone. The hands are needed to set examples. The work of the hand is often coarse and dirty. The hand is the passionate soldier often stained with the blood of opposition. They called it terror tactics of a rising Dark Lord. War had been looming on the horizon for nearly a decade now. The simple masses did not understand what needed to be done. They did not understand what it meant to be from an upstanding pure family of great history. So many of them were tainted with impurities, minds polluted with ideals of equality. It was like letting the family dog eat at the dinning room table. All would be righted with time. Power Corrupts is a Greatest Journal based RP centered around the Death Eater perspective of the first war. It will begin in the early Spring of 1979 and will progress till the fall of Lord Voldemort on Halloween of 1981. While Order members will be needed for play please be well aware they are minor characters no matter the importance they play in the war. Characters needed: Above all, a Rodolphus Lestrange for our fabulous Bellatrix and Rabastan! 2:38 pm	Twilight is a new MWPP-era game, set in the Marauders' sixth year, 1976. We're a game with the focus on talented, creative players who can make the seventies come to life. With a layered plot driving on the game and the rising tension before the War, Twilight offers a mix of player and mod-driven movement. THE PLOT SO FAR: Tom Marvolo Riddle has been climbing in power for thirty years, obsessively looking for ways to hang on to life. With his old schoolfriends, and those who found him since then, he has been plotting to maneuver into a greater place of power for years. With the invention of enchanted journals, distributed through the Slytherin sons and daughters of his followers - and the resulting copied invention on the part of the Gryffindor Marauders, locking in on the same charmed 'network', which they passed on to everyone who wanted them, he now has an inside look at Hogwarts school itself. The set up of an order of knights, loyal and true to Voldemort alone is still in the offing - and the Ministry is not set to cope with an influx of muggleborn-related deaths. Can it handle the creation of the Death Eaters? Lord Voldemort has seduced the first followers into his service and plans to recruit more are just on the horizon. Within Hogwarts itself, conflict between blood purists and Muggle-born students has culminated in a non-violent assault on the Muggle Culture Club meeting, leading the Headmaster and his esteemed faculty to acknowledge the possibility that the school may be under attack. For the Marauders, their sixth year of school isn't as perfectly put together as they had expected it to be. With the appointment of Lucius Malfoy as Head Boy and other noted blood purists as prefects, Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs have found themselves in an increasingly hostile environment unsympathetic to their ideals. But some of the so-called Mudbloods and half-bloods are unwilling to submit so easily, combatting the pureblood extremism with renewed determination to fight for acceptance. They are joined by some unusual allies, noted purebloods of honorable lineage who have rejected old-fashioned ideology, much to the chagrin of their more traditional kin. The lines have been drawn and it's time for each side to start finding the right recruits to ensure that their own ideals prevail. After Dumbledore's death, Harry returns to Number 4 Privet Drive to find ominous green smoke looming above the decimated home. But the Dursleys' bodies were not found among the remains of his aunt's once impeccably clean home... Hogwarts No More is a brand-new 7th year post HBP canon game that started on September 17th, 2005. We are looking for canon characters at the moment.
